Together with Frida from Friss and Ulrika from Us Yoga we arranged a magical day. Outdoors in the park in our city. We offered yoga in different forms, dance and I played and beat the drum. Fruit and frejds offered Useful candles and salads and we sold some second hand clothes. Fristads Dance and Mix offered Zumba dance.
A day that awakened our energy and allowed us to be in the present.
